Generate business and increase revenues through sales of Weatherford products and services.


Work within an established geographical area to generate new business and increase revenues.

Maintain contact and relations with established customers.

Monitor drilling and work-over activity in the area.Act as a market input source to Product Line Management for new product opportunities.

Interface between customers, Product Line Managers, and Engineers on new product requirements.

Work assignments and administrative duties carried out to the highest quality level and in a timely manner

Generate and submit bids to customers as requested.

Travel to worksite to make sure equipment arrives and is returned and meets customer requirements.

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.



Individual must be able to follow instructions.

Basic sales experience.

Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Excellent presentation and computer skills

Fundamental understanding of marketing concepts and market assessment

Ability to think strategically

Good communication skills

Willingness to travel

Should be able to work closely with fellow employees in a team environment.

Motivated and goal oriented.

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.


Experienced sales for Pumping Units, Gas Lift, Plunger lift, Capillary, Jet Pump and Sucker Rods.

Rod Star and S Rod experience a plus.

Basic-to- Advanced product knowledge.
